Too many tomatoes!

My tomatoes came in late this year - so I have a couple of pounds of fairly small tomatoes, but not quite enough to do anything with, all more-or-less ripe... right this very instant!
Ideas?

Add some cream, bring to heat.
Toss in some cooked pasta.

Date: 2007-10-04 07:14 pm (UTC)But I do have some extra mushrooms (left over from earlier in the week, bought too much), and possibly some chicken stock (which I have much of). I'm thinking rosemary and tarragon with a touch of savoury?
Serve over penne with a nice salad, and I have a bottle or two of a nice white or rose floating around...
