Making bread today and I overslept... Not that much of a problem except I need to calculate how adding the starter I have effects the percentages of ingredients in the final dough and then calculate how to adjust the final percentages so that I hit my target percentages.

Even with a spreadsheet, math on one cup of coffee sucks.

Focaccia baked from a recipe in Artisan Bread in Five Minutes A Day. I meant to take a picture when it first came out of the oven, but it smelled so dang good, dinner was ready, and we were hungry!
