Morning math

derekl_1963Making bread today and I overslept... Not that much of a problem except I need to calculate how adding the starter I have effects the percentages of ingredients in the final dough and then calculate how to adjust the final percentages so that I hit my target percentages.
Even with a spreadsheet, math on one cup of coffee sucks.
