Weekend Update - busy
Mar. 1st, 2010 08:19 am(Note, due the large number LJ user links have been omitted. I'm feeling lazy this morning.)
Friday
Went to see The Music Man at CSTOCK with Margaret, Eric, and Zii (and ran into Bridget, Cedric, Talon, and Janae there... this really is such a small town). They did a pretty good job overall. The gentleman playing Professor Hill was a trifle weak, but the men playing the School Board seemed to be having a blast. The boy playing Winthrop was a delight. Afterwards, rather than stand about in the parking lot freezing, we headed over to the B&N for coffee and chat.
Saturday
As Brenda's car is in the shop, I took her up to Scriptorium at Anne's, then came home and spent the afternoon grinding sausage. I know I usually post pictures of food I've made - but there just isn't any way to make ten pounds of raw sausage look sexy/appetizing. Sorry. After picking her up, we did some shopping for her illumination supplies. Late in the evening I took the photo series in my previous post.
Sunday
Spent the day hitting the garage hard trying to get it packed away so we have access to the walls. Just a month to go before the drywall goes up, and all the electricial and insulation work has to be done beforehand. Just a few more hours work and I'll be done with the packing. Also rinsed out the RV water system in preparation for spring, and gave it a general airing out.
