One Year we DID have crab for thanksgiving. I thought it was perfect! But the following year my husband took over the turkey cooking duties. Huh. I guess it's going to be Turkey every year. *sigh*

One of the things my Mom did for a few years was to get Cornish Game Hens for Thanksgiving. It was pretty cool that everyone got their own bird.

One year we snuck into my Grandma's kitchen and replaced her turkey with a game hen... You coulda heard the shriek half across town.
