(There's one that *didn't* come out because of focus issues that I'm greatly because of... It was the best composition all weekend, and one of the strongest thematically in the series so far.)

This whole set, from last weekend, seems to have ended up taking a different view of artisanal hands. I think that's a good thing.
Pat and Ellen were discussing the finer points of a wood turning project. Since no lathe was handy, they grabbed some brown paper that some dressmakers were using for making patterns and started sketching... I should note, these were shot candid, not posed!
I had a lot less problems with the evil light I've been complaining about, because they were sitting right by a window... So instead I had problems with evil glare and even more evil shadows. I just couldn't win...
