Standing against the dark

Just after sunset, the very peak of Mount Rainier gleams against the darkening sky.
After much looking, I finally found a nice spot where I have a good clear view of Mt Rainier not too far from the house. The sad part, is this view is only going to last at most another year, just downslope from where I'm standing the trees are growing like gangbusters...
