Comfort Food - Meatloaf

For dinner last night: meatloaf, mashed potatoes, lima beans, salad. For lunch today. a thick meatloaf sandwich.

I make meatloaf just for the sandwiches.

Better yet, I would make meatloaf at the club on friday night just so I could have sandwiches the rest of the weekend.

Meatloaf, mashed potatoes, and corn! Lima Beans? Not so much! But a cold meatloaf sandwich the next day... nothing better!
