I got the storage room dried, and dehumidifiers in it, so (crosses fingers) all should be good in there.  There's still quite a bit of wet cardboard stacked in the main part of the garage - but I can't run to the dump until the furniture that was supposed to be delivered yesterday arrives today (they promise and cross their heart). Still, as I said yesterday we got off pretty light compared to many in the region who were flooded out of their homes.

On the silver lining side,  I did learn something that prevented what could have been a major screwup: the area that ponded and lead to the minor flooding is the area I was going to redirect the garage gutters to after installing rain barrels for the garden-to-be.  So now I know I'm going to have to put in some kind of drain for the gutters, and probably should put in some drains for that side and end of the garage.  (Which has always gotten a little boggy after a rain anyhow, since it is the low end of that part of the yard.)  Oh the joys of home ownership!

We also suffered some with the storms. We are in central Oregon. Where are you? Obviously we did not have the trouble you did, but we also had some flooding and just awful winds.
