Sunset over the Olympics

Well, we've come to the end of the Olympic Peninsula photos, the ones from the rest of Sunday yielded nothing useful. So here is one I took a month ago in Silverdale, and then tomorrow I'll start on the ones from the Fair.



I'm not entirely happy with how this one turned out... I'm working here at the limits of my equipment and skill. But, the parts of the map marked "here be dragons" are where the most interesting stuff is after all.

That is absolutely beautiful! It does look a little surreal, but stunning nonetheless. I would so hang a print of this if I had one.
