Corned Beef
Mar. 17th, 2010 05:10 pmJust took the corned beef I [home] made for St Patrick's from the pot, and despite the test one I cooked yesterday being nearly identical to the one I made in Nov, this one is different - a little spicier. It might be because this one cooked in a beer based liquid, or there's more varability here than I suspected.
