Weekend wrapup

derekl_1963Well, I'm just getting finished with the pork and I am well pleased with myself - I'll put the details in another post.
We also spent the weekend making lists and working on stocking the RV. But the dang weather screwed up our plans to sleep in it this weekend, being too rainy and wet to safely remove the cover. (And then of course... It is now bright and more-or-less dry.)
