Weekend Wrapup

Another beautiful weekend, maybe (crosses fingers) we've finally turned the corner for the year.

Saturday - Up at 5.30AM (shudder) to head up to Pt Townsend with the Kitsap Photography Guild for a photowalk at the Port Townsend Shipyard. It was pretty cool to be able to walk among the boats being worked on.

I'm still processing the pictures, but here's the one I've done so far:

Afterwards, lunch in Port Orchard (BBQ at Dos Okies, yum!) and few errands then back home for a nap and grilled burgers for dinner.

Sunday - Up to our friends Bruce and Laurie's. While Brenda and Laurie worked on a scribal project, Bruce, their daughter Becca, and I went up to Bloedel Reserve. Becca and I taking pictures of the plant life and scenery, while Bruce found a succession of benches to flake out on. (He'd been on a dive the day before and was still pretty tired.) Afterwards, back to their place for dinner.
