Awesome weekend

Ok, I've overused the word "awesome" the last couple of day, but what the hell... it's my LJ after all.

Friday - Off in the evening with a raftload of friends to see The Avengers, which was *awesome* as I've said elsewhere. Afterwards, over to the Cloverleaf for beer, wings, pizza, and chatter and hanging out.

Saturday - Housework during the day, then Soren and Inga came over for Cinco de Mayo dinner. Grilled chicken burritos, Mexican Rice, home made frijoles refritos (awesome, much better than the glop from cans), and margaritas. Flan for dessert.

Sunday - Chuck came over and we hung out and then grilled steaks for dinner. I even got a photo session in, running out to the airport to catch the sun setting behind the Olympics.

Leftovers (burritos) for lunch today, and steak-and-eggs (eggs from a friends chickens) for dinner today.
