Bad - Insomnia.
Good - Noticing an interesting juxtaposition of clouds, trees, and the moon.
Bad - Soaking your slippers in the wet grass.
Really Bad - discovering just how ambitious a spider can be in spinning a web across the yard...  while carrying a $600 camera in a risky way you shouldn't be carrying it in the first place. (No, I didn't drop it thank god.)
Good - after an hour or so of intense concentration, I might be tired enough to sleep now.
