Reaching for hope

At Sunrise beach the sea and the land meet intimately - the bluffs come right down to the beach, and the tide comes right to the foot of the bluff. The line where they meet is littered with fallen and dead trees.

This one caught my eye because the dead skeleton continues to send out shoots - life struggles to continue no matter what. Hope springs eternal.
