That was fun - not.

We lost power a little after 4PM. We waited as long as we could, but the temperature in the fish tanks started dropping sharply a little after 7, so we rigged up the generator. We got power back a little after 8, and just finished shifting everything back to normal power.

The angelfish are looking a little stressed, but seem to calming down. <crosses fingers>

Tomorrow I call and see about getting a permanent generator.

The wind also appears to have done a serious number on my tomato plants.

Some days it doesn't pay to chew through the restraints.
