Dang weather

Looks like I'm going to have to heat the workshop so I can work on a project with a hard deadline of just over two weeks. I have to re-finish the Culinary Guild tables before June Faire, and if I don't the finish won't flow properly.

Yeah, it's why I insulated the garage in the first place - but I never expected to have to run the heaters in effing May.

'Cold' by Florida standards qualifies as 'positively balmy' by Pacific NW standards. :)

Plus my folks live in Jacksonville, and my mom has been bragging all spring on how much warmer it is there.

That's one of the things that caught my eye when you posted to Add_Me. :)

I lived in J'ville many years while growing up. You've seen the city logo? The guy on a horse against a rayed background? My dad designed the original version.

But really, when it comes to the South, my heart belongs to the Carolina Piedmont.
